Adithiya Shiva

Adithiya Shiva has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Adithiya is currently working at Spendflo as the Chief of Staff, where they serve as a trusted advisor to the co-founders. Adithiya is responsible for running special projects and owning organizational-wide KPIs and metrics. Adithiya has been with the company since June 2022 and continues to contribute to its growth.

Prior to Spendflo, Adithiya was a founding member of the company, joining in April 2021. As the first employee, they played a crucial role in taking the company from zero to one in collaboration with the co-founders.

Before their involvement in startups, Adithiya founded their own company called Proccio in August 2020. Adithiya led the company as its founder until March 2021.

Earlier in their career, Adithiya worked at SKF India, starting as a Design Engineer in July 2017. Adithiya aided the Engineering team in product development, conducting warranty failure analysis, and overseeing prototyping activities. In January 2018, they transitioned to the role of Key Account Manager for Automotive OE - SKF Sealing Solutions, where they were responsible for sales, business development, pricing, and overall management of select automotive customers. Later, in March 2019, Adithiya took on the role of Key Account Manager for SKF's Railway Business in the Southern region of India, focusing on sales to government customers. Adithiya played a key role in introducing the SKF Performance-based business model to the Indian Railways by leveraging value selling techniques. Adithiya concluded their journey with SKF India in July 2020.

Prior to their professional career, Adithiya had summer internships at Fabheads Automation in 2016 and Wheels India Ltd. in 2015, where they gained hands-on experience in the industry.

Adithiya Shiva began their education at Alpha Matriculation Higher Secondary School in 1999, where they completed their primary and secondary education. In 2011, they attended Chettinad Vidhyashram for an unspecified degree and field of study. From 2013 to 2017, Adithiya Shiva attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering.
