Jimmy Frischling

Jimmy Frischling has been working in the hospitality industry since 2007. Jimmy began their career as Partner & Finance Director at Branded Restaurants USA, where they worked until 2017. Jimmy then co-founded Branded Hospitality Ventures, where they serve as Managing Partner & Co-Founder. In 2019, Jimmy became an Investor & Director at Blanket, and in 2020 they co-founded BOOM a food service marketplace, where they serve as Partner & Co-Founder. In 2021, Jimmy became an Investor & Director at Brizo FoodMetrics, Minnow Technologies, Inc., and Simple Marketplace. Jimmy also became an Investor & Director at Copia in 2022 and Spendgo in 2020.

Jimmy Frischling received their MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School in 1994, and their BA in Government from Wesleyan University in 1990.
