Jordan Blumberg-Long has held a variety of roles since 2005. Starting in 2005, they were a Secretary and Office Assistant at Long Blumberg, LLP. In 2008, they were a Recreation Leader at Sports Camp for the City of Walnut Creek. In 2010, they were a Senior Team Leader at Sports Camp for the City of Walnut Creek and a Caterer and Food Prep Assistant for Bon Appétit Management Company. In 2012, they were a Grant Writer and Outreach Coordinator for the World Initiative for Science and Healthcare. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Customer Support Lead, Client Ambassador, and Client & Marketing Relations Coordinator for Spendgo. Finally, since 2017, they have been a Social Science Teacher at Skyline High School.

Jordan Blumberg-Long began their educational journey in 2004 when they graduated from Campolindo High School with a Diploma in General Education. In 2008, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in History and Sociology from Santa Clara University. In 2010 and 2011, they studied Business, Economics, and International Political Economy at IES Paris- Business & International Affairs. In 2015, they earned a Master's Degree in Sociology of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Finally, in 2016 and 2017, they completed a Single Subject Preliminary Teaching Credential in History-Social Science from Saint Mary's College of California.
