Currently serving as Partner and Chief Commercial Officer at SpenglerFox since January 2005, Michal has spearheaded international customer engagement strategies and agile human capital solutions, enhancing client satisfaction and retention. As Managing Partner at Unleash2capture, Michal facilitates connections between opportunities and realizations for investors and businesses. Previous positions include Partner and Country Manager for the UK, along with regional consulting roles at SpenglerFox, and a consultant role at Berlitz, specializing in human capital solutions and cross-cultural training. Michal holds a Master’s degree in English, Psychology, and Geography from Jan Evangelista Purkyně University and has pursued further education at Charles University and CULS.
