Francis Ndikumwami

Francis Ndikumwami serves as the Country Director for SPENN Tanzania since March 2021. Previously, Francis was the Country Manager for Tala (formerly InVenture) from June 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities included establishing operations in Tanzania and managing essential registrations. Francis also held the role of M-Commerce Corporate Manager at Airtel Tanzania from May 2011 to May 2016, focusing on revenue generation and service development in mobile commerce. Earlier positions include Marketing Manager at TCC, HoReCa Planning Manager at Zain Tanzania, and Product Development Manager at Schlumberger. Francis began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at Schlumberger from 2001 to 2006. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from ESAMI Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from The University of Manchester.
