Klaudia Wieczorek

Klaudia Wieczorek has a strong background in various HR roles. Klaudia is currently working as a Senior Talent Manager at Sperasoft, starting in July 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Talent Manager at the same company from February 2022 to June 2023. Before joining Sperasoft, Klaudia worked as an HR Digital Lead at OTCF S.A. from May 2021 to February 2022. Klaudia also served as an HR Data Analytics Manager at UBS from July 2019 to April 2021. Klaudia gained significant experience as a Senior HR Consultant at Shell from December 2016 to July 2019. Klaudia started their career at Capgemini, initially working as an AP Internal Auditor from June 2014 to July 2016, and later transitioning to the role of Financial reporting and controlling specialist from July 2016 to October 2016.

Klaudia Wieczorek completed their licencjat (Lic.) degree in Ratownictwo Medyczne at Jagiellonian University. Klaudia also obtained a magister (Mgr) degree in Zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi from the same university. In 2018-2019, they pursued studia podyplomowe in Zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi at Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Shell in March 2019, and as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Capgemini in June 2015.
