Nikita Glukhov

Nikita Glukhov has had extensive work experience in various roles related to business and IT.

Nikita started their career at Interzet in 2009 as a Cable Installer, where they provided technical support, replaced components, and configured PCs and network equipment. Nikita then moved to VEb Plas in 2009, where they continued to work as a Cable Installer with similar responsibilities.

In 2011, Nikita joined KPMG as an IT Specialist service desk. In this role, they provided first-line technical support and problem-solving for user hardware and software failures. Nikita handled telephone and voice-messaging systems, purchased software, conducted user training, and maintained IT services procedures and documentation. Nikita demonstrated professional knowledge of MS Windows systems, proficiency in MS Office products, and good knowledge of hardware. Nikita also possessed strong interpersonal and communication skills, worked well under pressure, and was a valuable team member.

In 2013, Nikita joined Volvo Group as an IS/IT Engineer. Nikita then transitioned to the role of IT Business Analyst in 2015. During their time at Volvo Group, they were involved in analyzing IT business needs, implementing solutions, and supporting various IT processes.

Most recently, Nikita has been working at Sperasoft as a Business Analyst. Starting in October 2020, they have since been promoted to the position of Senior Business Analyst in September 2022. Further details about their responsibilities and achievements in this role are not provided.
