Brent Loescher

Brent Loescher has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Brent is currently working as the EVP - Operations Excellence at Sperber Landscape Companies since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Instructor and Writer at TKMG Academy, Inc. starting from December 2019. Brent also served as a Consultant at Envisor Consulting from January 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant and Trainer at Advance Consulting Group and TKMG, Inc. from December 2019 to August 2021. Brent has also co-founded and served as the Director at Loescher Solutions from July 2019 to August 2021.

Before transitioning into the consulting and landscape industry, Brent Loescher held key positions at DBi Services as the Executive Vice President - Operations Excellence from April 2018 to July 2019, and at BrightView Landscapes as the Vice President Operations from February 2009 to April 2018.

In the earlier years of their career, Loescher worked at Toyota North America as an Operations Design Manager from March 2006 to February 2009. Brent also held roles such as Assistant Operations Manager - Kansas City PDC (MO) from September 2003 to March 2006, and Operations Administrator - New York PDC (NJ) from August 2001 to September 2003. Prior to their civilian career, they served as a Master Sergeant in the US Army from July 1985 to September 2006. Throughout their career, Loescher has gained expertise in operations excellence, consulting, training, and leadership.

Brent Loescher attended Mercyhurst University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Gannon University from 1993 to 1996, majoring in Business without obtaining a degree.
