Kiran R J has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager - People Advisory & HR Transformation at Speridian Technologies since July 2017. In this role, Kiran oversees the People Advisory & Governance team and previously held a position as Lead - HRBP, managing the regional HRBP team for Speridian India. Prior experience includes a short tenure as Executive - HR for Creamline Dairy Products Ltd., a subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet Ltd., and a role as Transition Lead at Wipro Limited from 2012 to 2015. Kiran holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University.
