Jamie Brady

Jamie Brady has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership positions in various companies. They are currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Spero Therapeutics since September 2021. Before that, Jamie held the same role at uniQure from August 2020 to September 2021. Prior to these roles, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Intarcia Therapeutics from April 2015 to August 2020. Jamie also had a significant role at Genzyme, where they served as the Senior Director of Global Learning & Development from June 2006 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director of Talent Development at Thomson Financial from 2001 to 2006 and as a Senior Learning Consultant at netNumina from 2000 to 2001. Jamie began their professional journey as an intern at Linkage, Inc. in 1996.

Jamie Brady's education history includes a BA degree in History, Literature, and Leadership Studies from Marietta College, which was obtained from 1988 to 1992. Jamie also pursued a concentration in American Literature, Philosophy, and Theology at Harvard University, earning an MTS degree from 1995 to 1997. In addition, Jamie briefly attended the University of Cambridge and The University of Edinburgh in 1991 to study European History. Furthermore, Jamie completed the Greater Boston Executive Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management from an unspecified start year to 2010.
