Olga Mit'Kina

Olga Mit'kina has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Human Resources Director at Speroteck, Inc since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as Vice Director at KSU from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they were the Head Of International Relations Department at Slavic Fund from 2006 to 2010. Olga'scareer began as a Project Manager at the Non-Governmental Organization "Institute for Local Development of Chernihiv region" from 2004 to 2006.

Olga Mit'kina obtained their Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Kyiv Slavonic University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2006. Olga continued their education at the same university, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from 2007 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Olga acquired "Enhancing Your Productivity," "Finding Your Time Management Style," and "Time Management Fundamentals" from LinkedIn in April 2019.
