Paula Holmes

Paula Holmes is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Global Controller and European Controller at Sperry Rail Inc. since June 2021, Paula has previously held significant positions such as Controller for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, as well as Head of FP&A at Danwood. Additional experience includes roles in finance management at Housing 21, Valspar Inc., and Baker Hughes, along with foundational positions at Thomas Cook and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Paula holds an MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, a BA in Economics from the University of Nottingham, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
