Robert Polito

Robert Polito is an experienced ESG and environmental solutions executive with a strong track record in business development and sales within the sustainability management software sector. Currently serving as the ESG and Environmental Enterprise Solution Executive at Sphera since February 2023, Robert is responsible for selling an ESG platform that aids major organizations in reducing operational risks and enhancing sustainability efforts. Prior roles include Manager of ESG Sales and Enablement and Environmental Sales Practice Leader at Intelex Technologies ULC, where Robert focused on direct sales, strategy development, and product direction. Robert also has extensive experience in business development roles at UL EHS Sustainability, cr360, Enablon, Entropy International, and PureSafety, demonstrating a consistent ability to drive sales growth and develop tailored solutions for environmental challenges. Robert holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
