Nvard Grigoryan

Nvard Grigoryan has experience working in various roles in the field of Human Resources and research. Nvard is currently working as an HR Manager at Sphere Partners since July 2022. Previously, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Digitain Armenia from October 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they were a Human Resources Consultant at SoftConstruct from September 2020 to May 2021. Nvard also worked as a Research Consultant and Qualitative Research Coordinator at the American University of Armenia from September 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at 8 18 Special Edition Consulting from June 2019 to August 2020. Nvard also has teaching and research experience, working as a Lecturer at Yerevan State University from September 2013 to June 2019, and as a Researcher at the same university from January 2011 to June 2019. Nvard also worked as a Researcher at the American University of Armenia from 2013 to 2015.

Nvard Grigoryan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Psychology from Yerevan State University, which was obtained from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the same university between 2009 and 2011. Nvard Grigoryan's educational journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, also from Yerevan State University, achieved from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, Nvard Grigoryan has obtained various certifications in areas such as 360-Degree Feedback, Establishing a Well-Being Programme in Your Organisation, Finding and Retaining High Potentials, HR as a Business Partner, Interviewing Techniques, and Technical Recruiting from LinkedIn in July 2020, showcasing their commitment to professional development.
