Dale Roehl

Dale Roehl has diverse work experience spanning different industries. Dale began their career as a Collection Supervisor at Arcadia Financial, where they maintained a delinquency rate of less than 1% on a $175 million portfolio. Dale later served as a Collection Manager and Assistant Collection Center Manager, reducing delinquency rates and overseeing operations.

Roehl then joined Freedom Nation Financial as the Director of Operations, where they had overall responsibility for customer service, collections, dealer risk, and direct lending departments. Dale effectively managed staffing, budget, and strategic planning.

Roehl went on to work at Oracle Financial Services Software as the Director of Implementation and later as Director of Client Services/Relationship Manager. Dale developed and maintained client relationships, promoted products, and guided strategic decisions for customer retention and growth.

At TEK Systems, Roehl served as the Internet Channel Infrastructure Team Manager/Lead, responsible for establishing and managing a support team for test and offshore environments.

Dale then joined Syncada from Visa as an Implementation Principal, where they led complex bank integration projects and managed deliverables.

Roehl later worked at Open Solutions/Fiserv as a Senior Implementation Project Manager, leading all aspects of banking software implementation and serving as the main point of contact for financial services clients.

More recently, Roehl was an Implementation Project Manager at Promontory MortgagePath LLC, where they directed multiple project efforts, collaborated with clients and internal teams, and ensured on-time product delivery and adherence to requirements.

Currently, Roehl is a Partner Implementation Project Manager at SphereCommerce, LLC, responsible for implementing the TrustCommerce integration platform with strategic partners. Dale leads and manages various aspects of installation, go-to-market planning, and client onboarding.

Throughout their career, Roehl has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Dale Roehl completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth between 1987 and 1992.
