Eric J. Smith, PMP®, CSM has extensive experience in program and project management. Eric J. currently works at SphereGen as a Program Manager and Project Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Nestlé Waters North America for over 15 years, where they held various roles. Eric J. was the Manager of Talent & Performance, where they implemented organization development programs and initiatives, resulting in increased employee engagement and reduced support requests. Eric J. also served as an Application Services Development Solution Manager, leading a team and managing a portfolio of cross-functional technology solutions. Additionally, they were an IS Solutions Manager, responsible for creating and managing a portfolio of systems and application solutions. Eric J. successfully merged technology teams and fostered collaboration. At the start of their career, they were a Project Manager for plant floor solutions, overseeing manufacturing technology projects and maintaining key partnerships. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective stakeholder management, and a focus on delivering sustainable and successful projects.

Eric J. Smith, PMP®, CSM, has a diverse educational background. Eric J. attended Niagara County Community College, where they studied Music Management. Following that, they pursued their interest in the arts at Niagara University, studying Theatre/Theater. In addition to their academic achievements, Eric holds various certifications in the field of project management. Eric J. obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2019 and August 2022. Eric J. also received the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2019. Eric further expanded their skill set by completing certifications in RPA Implementation Manager Foundation and UIPath Business Analyst from UiPath in April 2020 and September 2019, respectively.
