Kapil Varadarajan has extensive work experience in data management, analytics, and project management. Kapil is currently working at Spherex as a Subject Matter Expert/Management Analyst, where they collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery, data governance, and product research. Prior to this, Kapil worked at V2Solutions as a Data Governance and Compliance Project/Product Manager, where they led a team in implementing data analytics solutions and managing vendor relationships. Kapil also worked as a Project Manager at Vubiquity, overseeing content delivery and operational streamlining projects. Earlier in their career, Kapil worked at Warner Bros. as a Project Manager, managing global operational expansion and data governance initiatives. Kapil also served as a Project Lead at Disney, managing offshore operations and providing strategic support. Kapil began their career as a Research Analyst at Gracenote, focusing on data governance and content release schedules.

Kapil Varadarajan completed their education history with the following degrees. From 2000 to 2003, they attended Vivekanand College of Arts, Science and Commerce where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. Subsequently, they pursued further education at SIES College from 2009 to 2011, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Executive MBA) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
