Jake Seely

Jake Seely has over 20 years of work experience. In 2019, they began working at Sphero as the Head of Sales- Central and Head of Sales- West. In 2018, they worked at Newsela as a Territory Sales Manager. From 2011 to 2009, they worked at Imagine Learning as an Area Partnership Manager and at Medical Search International as a Client Consultant. From 2008 to 2007, they worked at Con-way, Inc. as an Operations Supervisor and at FedEx Freight as an Assistant FLC Supervisor- Operations Supervisor II. Their role at FedEx Freight included leading and training company employees, supervising and directing employee work, monitoring employee performance, planning daily manpower needs, setting schedules, monitoring service freight, developing plans for distributing break loads, monitoring and analyzing opportunities to cut costs, assisting customers with rate quotes, communicating with account managers, ensuring OS&D claims were identified and processed, and training employees regarding Hazmat materials. In 2007, they also held an internship at Sherman & Patterson, Ltd. as a Client Liaison.

Jake Seely completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science from the University of Utah in 2007, and their Associates in Political Science from Salt Lake Community College in 2006.
