Achia Floyd

Achia Floyd is currently working as the Director of Foundation Relations & Community at Sphinx Organization. Achia also serves as the Director of Foundation and Government Partnerships and is a LEAD Fellow. With previous experience at various organizations such as The Willow Company, Atlanta Music Project, and Tallahassee Youth Orchestras, Achia has a strong background in nonprofit management, development, and strategic planning. With a Master's Degree in Arts Administration from Florida State University, Achia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of arts and music administration.
