Jake Lane

As Manager of Leadership Programs for the Sphinx Organization, Jake supports the planning of SphinxConnect, the largest and longest-standing convening dedicated to diversity and inclusion in classical music. Additionally, he supports Sphinx LEAD and the MPower Artist Grants programs.

Jake launched his career as an intern with the Sitka Music Festival and later held administrative positions at the Florida State University College of Music and the Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Performing Arts. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from the Florida State University College of Music.
