The Arts and Education Management team at Sphinx Organization focuses on creating and implementing programs that foster the growth and development of young Black and Latino classical musicians. This team coordinates educational initiatives, leadership training, and ensemble advancement opportunities while also managing student life and ensuring access to resources that empower underrepresented artists in the classical music field.
