Currently serving as Manager of Global Internal Communications & Talent Development at SPI Pharma since 2018, Debra has previously held key roles such as HR Manager - Recruitment & Talent Development at ABF Ingredients and Human Resources Business Partner at Penn Interactive Ventures, focusing on talent acquisition for the digital gaming sector. Debra also served as Human Resources Director at Rondo-Pak, overseeing HR operations for a joint venture, and as Human Resources Manager at Sure Power, Inc., where a comprehensive HR department was established. Earlier experience includes a managerial position in recruitment and training at URL Pharma, where talent acquisition strategies were developed for a growing workforce. Debra holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
