Steve Blaschke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resource management. Currently serving as the Chief Culture Officer and Director of Organizational Development at Spiars Engineering & Surveying since September 2018, Blaschke focuses on business process optimization, talent development, and cultural enhancement. Prior to this role, Blaschke held the position of Director of Franchise Operations and Human Resources at Dalton Gang Inc from January 2011 to September 2018, overseeing operational consistency across multi-state food service franchises. Before that, Blaschke was the owner and principal consultant at C3connection from February 1999 to February 2011, providing HR consulting and training across various industries. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Communications and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Political Science, both from Baylor University.
