Mohammad Kashif Aijaz

Mohammad Kashif Aijaz has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Mohammad Kashif started their career in 2010 as an Assistant Manager-Marketing at Sunsoft Infotech, where they were responsible for contacting technical and management institutes for training opportunities and demonstrating educational software to college management. In 2011, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Innoexcel Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Kashif then joined mventus as an Assistant Manager-Quality & Operations in 2011 and served in this role until 2016. Mohammad Kashif managed various projects, analyzed user requirements, developed testing strategies, resolved defects, and ensured timely delivery of projects.

From 2016 to 2020, Kashif worked at Spice Digital as a Manager-Technology & Research. Mohammad Kashif'sresponsibilities included driving technology and research initiatives.

Currently, Kashif is the Chief Manager - Technology & Research at Spice Money since September 2020.

Mohammad Kashif Aijaz completed their MBA in Marketing and HR from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, from 2008 to 2010. Mohammad Kashif also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from DR. K.N. Modi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Modinagar, Ghaziabad, which they completed from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Central Academy Schools from 1995 to 2002 for their 5th to 12th grade education. Mohammad Kashif began their education at Amar Singh Children School and completed until the 4th grade from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including Leadership Development Program, Leading Others, Speaking Effectively, Defining Problems, Making Decisions, and Design Thinking.
