Eva Zapata

Eva Zapata has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Eva is currently working at Spiceology as a National Account Manager and Client Success Manager since July 2021. Prior to that, they were a Bakery Manager at My Fresh Basket from April 2017 to January 2022. Eva also had experience as a Pastry Chef at Restaurants Unlimited Inc. (RUI) from September 2016 to April 2017, a Pastry Cook at Saltys On Alki Beach from October 2015 to April 2016, a Pastry Chef at Bastille cafe & wine bar from February 2014 to October 2014, a Pastry Chef at Ray's Boathouse, Cafe & Catering from June 2013 to February 2014, and a Pastry Chef at Kaspars Catering & Events from May 2010 to May 2013.

Eva Zapata pursued their education at The Art Institute from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Baking and Pastries. Eva'sstudies mainly focused on the field of Baking and Pastries.
