Nancy Clay

Nancy Clay has a wealth of work experience, having started their career in 1995 as a Naval Officer-Surface Warfare Officer with the US Navy. In 2002, they became a Quality Management Consultant with The Pragma Corporation, followed by a role as Project Manager with NACCRRA in 2005. From 2006 to 2017, Nancy was an Associate Director with Cowan and Associates, where they were responsible for Program Management, Operational Improvement Efforts, and Marketing & Sales using HubSpot. Most recently, they were a Facilitator with Synergy Global 4U from 2021 to 2022, and is currently a Senior National Account Manager with Spiceology.

Nancy Clay attended the United States Naval Academy from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government.
