Joe Primeau

Joe Primeau, PE, is an accomplished civil engineer with a strong background in transportation engineering and project management. Currently serving as Project Manager I at Spicer Group since July 2023, Joe previously held various engineering roles, including Team Leader and Project Engineer at HNTB from February 2019 to June 2023, and Civil Engineer at AECOM from April 2015 to February 2019, where key projects included the Trimet Southwest Corridor Light Rail. Earlier experience includes positions at Otak, the City of Lincoln City, Oregon, and as an Undergraduate Research Intern at Michigan State University, where Joe focused on pavement design research. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, awarded in 2009.
