Phil Westmoreland

Phil Westmoreland currently serves as the Principal for Municipal at Spicer Group. Phil has over 23 years of experience in the engineering field.

Westmoreland began their career as a Project Engineer at Beckett & Raeder, Inc. in December 1995. Phil then moved on to ORCHARD, HILTZ & MCLIMENT, INC. in November 1997, where they served as Project Manager for 13 years. In October 2010, Westmoreland transitioned to their current role at Spicer Group.

Throughout their career, Westmoreland has proven himself to be a reliable and consistent leader. Their experience and dedication to their work has made him an asset to any team.

Phil Westmoreland's educational career includes earning a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
