Thomas Di Giacomo

Thomas Di Giacomo has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving on the Advisory Board at SpiderOak since July 2025 and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Cloud Native Computing Foundation since October 2021. Previously, Thomas held multiple executive roles at SUSE from April 2016 to December 2020, including Chief Technology and Product Officer, Global CTO, and President of Engineering and Innovation. Additionally, Thomas was involved with the Cloud Foundry Foundation as a Board of Directors member from November 2016 to December 2021 and served on the Board of Directors for the CNCF from December 2017 to December 2019. Thomas holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Geneva and an MSc in Computer Science (Image, Vision, Robotics) from Grenoble INP - UGA.
