Tomek Henschke

Tomek Henschke has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Tomek is currently the Chief Technology Officer at spiderSilk since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Agile Delivery Lead at spiderSilk from June 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining spiderSilk, Tomek held the position of Head of Agile Development Execution at Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa from May 2018 to June 2022.

Tomek also worked at Careem as an Agile Delivery Lead and Agile Coach from March 2017 to May 2018, leading the delivery of product and engineering teams across various offices.

Tomek's experience at Skyscanner includes roles as an Agile Delivery Manager and Agile Coach from August 2015 to March 2017. In this position, they managed product and engineering teams focusing on car hire, hotels, and flights partners.

Prior to Skyscanner, Tomek worked at T-Mobile Polska (Deutsche Telekom) in various roles. Tomek served as an Engineering and Product Unit Manager from September 2013 to July 2015, managing a team responsible for developing multiple systems. Tomek was also the Head of FastTrack Delivery from June 2012 to September 2013, implementing agile methods of project and team management.
