Steven Petrig

Steven Petrig is a Senior Instrument Engineer at SPIE Plexal, with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector since 2006. Since February 2014, Steven has been involved in projects for Chevron, focusing on functional safety and automation for the Gorgon LNG and Wheatstone LNG plants, alongside a range of instrument and control system projects. Prior experience includes roles at Expro North Sea Ltd., where Steven led teams supporting product lines and managed development projects, and at Expro Australia, where responsibilities included commissioning data acquisition systems and well testing operations. Steven holds a BEng in Electronics and a BSci in Computer Science from Edith Cowan University, completed in 2008.
