Laura Hastings, CSSBB, has over two decades of experience in customer experience and data governance, currently serving as Manager of Customer Experience & Data Governance at SPIE, an organization focused on optics and photonics. Laura's role involves evaluating, prioritizing, and assigning projects within the Customer Services team while collaborating with the Service Leadership Team to enforce training protocols and refine data governance standards. Previous positions at SPIE include Lead Data Services Specialist and Data Services Specialist II, where Laura contributed to operational processes and database management. Additionally, Laura owned and operated Celebration Blooms, a home-based floral design business from 2009 to 2012, delivering personalized floral arrangements for events.
