Jeannette Ørkild is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer communication and media. Since August 2003, Jeannette has served as the Customer Communication Lead at Spies, where responsibilities include developing and optimizing customer communication strategies, providing coaching and feedback, proofreading and editing written content, and managing the company's FAQ.
