Ben Newell

Ben Newell has held a variety of roles in the legal and tax fields since 2011. Ben began their career as a Management Intern at Sears Holdings Corporation in 2011, before becoming a Corporate Law Clerk at King & Wood Mallesons in 2013. Ben then served as a Corporate Counsel Extern at NCR Corporation in 2014, followed by an International Tax Law Clerk role at Schwartz International. In 2015, they were a Transfer Pricing Consultant at Deloitte, and in 2016 they were a Senior International Tax Analyst at Amazon. From 2018 to 2020, they held various roles at Spigot, Inc. and Eightpoint Technologies Ltd. SEZC, including Legal & Tax Counsel, Senior Director & Counsel, and Vice President & Counsel.

Ben Newell obtained their Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Florida State University between 2010 and 2012. Ben then attended the University of Georgia School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) in International Business & Tax Law in 2015. In 2020, they received their Authorized House Counsel certification from The Florida Bar. Ben also obtained their License to Practice Law from the State Bar of Georgia in November of 2015. In 2021, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Blockchain from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
