Jingzhi(Cheney) XU has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they were a Product Designer Intern at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, where they presented the device "Handance" and conducted user research. In 2019, they were a UX Designer Intern at Loughborough University, where they conducted research related to lateral flexion during cricket bowling movement and prototyped a product. In 2020, they were a Product Designer at Chengdu Superlove Technology Co., Ltd (Baicizhan), where they revised Mint Reading payment user flow and customized Mint Reading new membership service system. In 2021, they were a Product Designer/Product Manager at VariFlight, where they revamped the alternative travel plans recommendation for flight delay or cancellation. In 2022, they were a UX Designer & Researcher at Teague, and a Product Designer at Amotions, Inc., where they created a personalized soft skill training web App to help companies improve team collaboration. Currently, they are a Product Designer at Spigot, Inc.

Jingzhi(Cheney) XU attended City University of Hong Kong from 2016 to 2020 where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2018, they also attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology for Electrical Engineering. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of Washington, pursuing a Master's Degree in Technology Innovation (Connected Devices) which they are expected to complete in 2023.
