Shanie McElreath, PMP®

Shanie McElreath, PMP® has over 15 years of work experience in the customer success and operations field. Shanie began their career in 2006 as a Senior Manager of Client Relations at NoteWorld. In 2014, they moved to Alaska Financial as a Manager of Operations/Client Relations. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Operations (Customer Success) at Evergreen Note Servicing. In 2019, they became Manager of Patient Success at Creekside Behavioral Health. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Manager of Customer Success and Support at Spiio.

Shanie McElreath, PMP® graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Technical Communication and a minor in Mass Communication. In 2013, they attended the WesPay Officer Candidate School for Advanced ACH Training in Rules and Compliance. Shanie also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute.
