Monish Dayal

Monish Dayal is a seasoned professional in the creative industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Spike Studio since April 2019, Monish previously held the positions of Senior Partner and Creative Director at Alok Nanda & Company, where involvement began in January 2005. Monish also co-founded Spike Brand & Content Studio, acting as CEO from April 2019 to June 2023. Prior to these roles, Monish worked at Ambience Publicis as Copy Group Head from January 2000 to May 2004 and began a career as a Copywriter at SSC&B Lintas from 1997 to 2000. Monish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, completed between 1989 and 1994.
