Naren Ramaswamy

Naren Ramaswamy is a Principal at Alumni Ventures, actively sourcing and leading investments in notable startups such as Cohere, Lumafield, and Xanadu since January 2022. In addition to this role, Naren serves as the Product Lead and early employee of Dryvebox, where efforts focus on digitizing the $84B golf industry. A previous VC intern at DCVC, Naren gained valuable experience at a leading venture capital firm during business school. Prior to venture capital, Naren held significant positions at Apple as an Engineering Program Manager for the iPhone and at Tesla as a Program Manager on the New Product Introduction team. Naren holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University, along with a high school diploma from The Mother's International School.
