Dvir Ben Aroya

Dvir Ben Aroya is the CEO and co-founder at Spike. Dvir has over 20 years of experience in business development and sales in the high-tech industry.

Ben Aroya began their career in 1998 as an investment banker at Giza Venture Capital. In 2000, they joined Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. as a business development manager. In 2002, they were promoted to director of business development at Satlynx S.A., Luxembourg.

In 2004, Ben Aroya joined RaySat Inc. as vice president of business development. During their four years at RaySat, they helped the company grow from a startup to a global leader in satellite-based wireless communications solutions.

In 2008, Ben Aroya became the CEO of IMScouting, a sports scouting and management company. Dvir successfully grew the company and sold it in 2011.

After a brief stint at WebsPlanet as executive vice president of international partnerships, Ben Aroya joined Acronis in 2014 as vice president of global business development. Dvir helped Acronis become a market leader in data protection solutions before leaving in 2017 to start Spike.

Dvir Ben Aroya has a MBA from The University of Manchester and a BA in International Finance from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).
