The current leadership team at Spikes and Seams has a history of working in outreach and psychology. They have a combined total of 7 years of experience working in outreach with various companies such as Imerman Angels. They also have a combined total of 12 years of experience in the field of psychology, with a focus on research. Both members of the team have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from accredited universities.
