Steven Hemric

Steven Hemric is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business litigation, focusing on areas such as labor and employment, construction law, products liability, and complex collections. Currently a Member and Senior Attorney at Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC since September 2021, Steven has held various positions at the same firm, starting as a Law Clerk in 2016, and has also served as an Associate Attorney at Akerman LLP. In addition to legal practice, Steven has contributed to legal education as a Writing Fellow at Wake Forest University, assisting first-year law students in analysis, writing, and research. Steven holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Wake Forest University.
