Kevin Schneider

Kevin Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Kevin is currently the Sr. Director of Finance & Operations at Spin Master's SolidRoots division, where they focus on creating fun and family-friendly games. Before that, Kevin held the role of COO/CFO at SolidRoots, LLC, where they played a crucial role in restructuring the supply chain and implementing automated processes, ultimately leading the company towards profitability. Kevin also has a strong background in education and entrepreneurship, as they served as the Executive Director of the Stovall Center for Entrepreneurship at Oral Roberts University, where they were responsible for developing global programs and social impact projects. Additionally, they held various roles at the university, including Executive Director of the Office of Global Service and Associate Professor of Strategic Management. Earlier in their career, Kevin gained experience as a Financial Advisor at UBS, as well as Marketing Research Analyst at Big Bang Recruiting LLC, Analyst/Business Administrator at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., and Investment Intern at Boston Avenue Capital.

Kevin Schneider obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theology/Theological Studies from Oral Roberts University in 1999-2003. Kevin then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Oral Roberts University in 2004-2005. Later, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University in 2009-2012. Kevin then completed a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University in 2012-2015. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to business and social impact, such as Social Entrepreneurship 101 and Business Models for Social Enterprise.
