Liad Amir

Liad Amir has extensive work experience in Human Resources and recruiting. Liad started their career as a Platoon Leader in the Israeli Army from 2002 to 2005. After that, they played professional soccer for Haifa from 2002 to 2008. Liad then worked as an Athletic Trainer's Assistant at Saint Peter's College from 2008 to 2011. Liad gained experience as a Recruiting Coordinator Intern at PROMED Personnel Services in 2011. Liad then worked as an IT Recruiter at Axelon Services Corporation from February 2012 to April 2012. Liad also served as a Recruiting Assistant (contract) at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from June 2012 to October 2012. Liad worked as a Junior HR Partner at EILEEN FISHER, INC. from November 2012 to January 2017, where they conducted full life cycle recruitment and provided coaching to improve employee performance. Liad then joined LEO Pharma as a Human Resources Business Partner (Associate Director) from January 2017 to January 2022, where they supported leadership development and executed HR programs and strategies. Liad later moved to Glassbox in January 2022 and worked as a Senior HRBP until August 2022. Currently, Liad holds the position of Human Resources Director at Spin Master, starting from August 2022.

Liad Amir obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Peter's University in 2012. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Liad also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the same institution. Additionally, Liad has completed an Effective Employee Relations Class from Cornell University ILR School. Liad holds the certification of Certified Executive and Career Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching, obtained in 2022.
