Louise Jones

Louise Jones has extensive work experience in finance and operations roles. Louise is currently working as the VP of Entertainment Finance at Spin Master since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Guru Studio, where they held various positions including Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations from April 2019 to March 2021, Vice President of Finance from March 2018 to April 2019, and Director of Finance from December 2012 to March 2018. Louise also worked as the Director of Finance at Halfire Entertainment from July 2014 to January 2015. Louise began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked in assurance from 2009 to 2012. Louise also briefly worked as the Festival Accountant at Pleasance Theatre Trust in 2009 and as a Production Accountant at Just For Laughs from 2007 to 2009.

Louise Jones has a Master's Degree in Chartered Accountant from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from McGill University from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have earned the certification of CPA, CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 2012.
