Vanessa Raquel Raponi

Vanessa Raquel Raponi, P.Eng, PMP, serves as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Spin Master since July 2018, overseeing manufacturing execution for global toy and game portfolios across the US, Mexico, and Europe while leading a team of manufacturing engineers. Notable achievements include driving vendor onboarding and sustainable materials initiatives, resulting in significant reductions in plastic usage. Previously, Vanessa held roles including Senior Product Development Engineer and Product Development Engineer, managing successful brands and ensuring timely product delivery. In addition to corporate experience, Vanessa is the Founder and member of the Board of Directors for EngiQueers Canada, where leadership has spanned mentoring, conference organization, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ engineering students. Vanessa’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering and Management from McMaster University and participation in an international exchange program in France.
