Charlène Crusot

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene specializes in clinical documentation and oversees care planning and patient bedside education.
