Barbara Zufelt, B.Sc., CHRL has extensive work experience in human resources. Barbara began their career at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario as a Human Resources Advisor from 1995 to 1999. Barbara then worked at Oatley, Purser Law as a Resource Manager from 1999 to 2001. Next, they joined Shepell·fgi as a Disability Management Facilitator from 2001 to 2002. Barbara then transitioned to Surex Community Services, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from 2002 to 2003. Following that, they worked at Simcoe Parts Services as a Human Resources Specialist from 2003 to 2006. Currently, Barbara holds the role of Director, Human Resources at Spinal Cord Injury Ontario, where they have been since April 2019. Throughout their career, Barbara has demonstrated their expertise and dedication in the field of human resources.

Barbara Zufelt, B.Sc., CHRL, has a diverse education history. Barbara started by earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto. Later on, they pursued a Negotiation and Mediation Certification from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School in 2000. In 2007, Barbara attained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the Human Resources Professionals Association. Building on their knowledge in human resources, they then obtained a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation from the same association in 2008. Most recently, in 2014, they completed The Osgoode Certificate in HR Law for HR Professionals from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
