Currently serving as Regional Manager and Studio Manager at SPINCO since July 2021, Elizabeth previously held the position of Key Lead at SPINCO Canada, contributing to an inclusive fitness community. Prior experience includes roles as Office Manager and HR Admin at Inspire Fundraising Solutions, HR Coordinator and Office Coordinator at HelloFresh, and Hotel Operations Specialist at Tourico Holidays. Elizabeth also demonstrated strong administrative skills as an Administrative Professional at CIBC and excelled in customer service roles, notably as Trip Manager and Lead Customer Service Representative at I Love Travel!. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Guelph.

We ride to the beat of the music in unity, and add in upper body weights to make up a 50 minute full body workout.
