Teresa Camacho

Teresa Camacho SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Since 2016, they have been the Director of Human Resources Operations at Spine Team Texas, where they collaborate with leadership to drive culture, change management, and talent strategies. Teresa also creates and implements HR initiatives to drive business results and efficiencies.

From 2011 to 2016, Teresa worked at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) as a Sr. Strategic HR Consultant and later as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & HR Business Support Manager. Teresa provided strategic consulting, developed talent strategies, and led employee relations efforts.

Prior to that, Teresa worked at COCA COLA REFRESHMENTS as a Human Resources Business Partner Manager from 2010 to 2011. Teresa also served as the HR Supervisor/Talent Acquisition at BAYLOR HEALTH CARE from 2009 to 2010, where they provided staffing and recruiting support to business units and collaborated on HR strategy development.

Earlier in their career, Teresa was the National Recruiting Manager at Conseco from 2007 to 2009, where they provided strategic leadership and business partnership for insurance sales and service groups. Teresa also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at COCA COLA ENTERPRISES from 2005 to 2007 and as a College Relations Manager at GEICO DIRECT INSURANCE from 2000 to 2005. In these roles, they led recruiting and sourcing efforts and managed regional college relations programs.

Throughout their career, Teresa has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and organizational design.

Teresa Camacho SPHR has a diverse education history. Teresa obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University in the year 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix between 2001 and 2009. In 2011, they also received a "Train the Trainer" certification in Behavioral Interviewing from DDI.

In addition to their formal education, Teresa has acquired several certifications throughout their career.
