Caroline Pieters - van Dal

Caroline Pieters - van Dal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Caroline started their career at KPMG as an Assistent Accountant, where they worked on tasks such as the control of payment transactions and expense behavior for clients like V&D Utrecht. Caroline then moved on to Cap Gemini as a Systeemanalist / Programmeur, where they were involved in building logistics systems for clients including Shell Pernis and Ahrend Kantoorartikelen. After that, they worked at ISBW Opleiding & Training as a Docent, teaching courses from August 1991 to June 1992.

Caroline went on to join Atos as an Informatie-analist / Senior Ontwerper, contributing to projects until 1995. Caroline then transitioned to PwC Nederland as a Senior Consultant Information Management Services, where they worked until 1997.

In 1997, Caroline started working at DSM as an IT manager and project manager. Caroline remained in this role until 2000, when they joined KPN as an (IT-)Project manager and Consultant. At KPN, they worked on various projects until February 2017.

Caroline continued their career as a Consultant & Project Manager at CP-IT from May 2017 onwards. Their responsibilities included project management for digital products, implementation consulting for software in invoice processing for small and medium-sized businesses, and information analysis for a financial institution's portal quotation process. Caroline also designed, built, tested, implemented, and launched a trading robot focused on currency pairs (FOREX) and CFDs.

Outside of their professional work, Caroline has also held a position as a Bestuurslid at Stichting Debora Delft since January 2020.
